Comfortable enough to lounge in, supportive enough to sweat in!

When my world gets a little crazy and disconcerting, I make conscious effort to help keep my body and mind healthy.

I don't know about you, but my world is crazy right now! It is easy to feel out of control when being told we cannot leave the house. Therefore, we focusing on what I can control and that is my mental stability. A few years ago I read the book, What Made Maddy Run, that reminds me to check on my friends and loved ones during difficult times.

As we are all in a different world than a couple months ago, we here at ROHH are trying to find our new "normal" whatever that might look like. Although we may not be leaving the house everyday it doesn't mean that we have to forgo both style and comfort. This is where we are focusing sticking to a routine, (trying to) eat well, and move our bodies and each day. Don't get us wrong, we often skip a shower or wear the same shirt two days in a row. We are setting goals to get dressed, even the kids, each day to prepare for the day. Now our attire may be less flashy and more functional than my typical go to outfits, but right now comfort is KEY!

Our days (Sara & Molly) look slightly different even though we are both sheltering in place, but what we have in common is we are both keeping busy to stay sane and using athlesuire as our uniform. It only made sense that we share with you our go to favorite athlesuire looks.

"Summer bodies are made in the quarantine."

A few of Moll'y favorite athleisure items are high waisted Zella leggings that hold everything in and keep a tight look. A lose fitting u-neck tank paired with the most comfortable sports bra by Free People and a pair of New Balance Fuel Core tennis shoes. Please don't tell my (Molly) husband that I own three pairs in different colors. These are by far the most comfortable shoes I own!

Stay hydrated, eat well and move your body, but most importantly, check in with your friends and family during these crazy times.

Spring must haves for your bag that we are obsessed with using!

We just had to share some of my favorite spring essentials we carry in our cosmetic bag.

"It's what's inside that counts!"

Why We Love Love These Items

1. TULA Protect & Glow 30 SPF Sunscreen: Wearing sunscreen is extremely important and we have finally found a product that does not have the feel of greasy smelly sunscreen. This TULA product has the light feel of moisturizer with a great smell and BONUS, it doesn't clog your pores!

2. MIRCACLE Gel Nail Polish (Little Peony): My favorite at home nail polish, hands down! This is a gel nail polish that does not need to be cured using UV light. During quarantine with nail saloons closed this is my go to! Longest lasting polish I have tried when used with the top coat.

3. Dr. Brandts No More Baggage: This under eye solution is AMAZING! This cream can be used alone or under makeup. As mom of two I never skip a day of using this product. It tightens the bags under my eyes and makes me feel and look more awake! It's a miracle cream!

4. Anastasia Sugar Glow Kit: This powder highlight kit is great for spring and transitioning into summer. The pink tones looks good on any skin color. The shimmer is just right and I use all of the colors in this palette and with fair/medium skin and they all work seamlessly depending on the look I'm going for.

5. Tarte Shape Tape™ Concealer: OBSESSED would be an understatement in regards to this concealer. I honestly own it in three different shades as the seasons and my complexion changes. Sleepless nights can wreak havoc on my under eye area and this beauty does the trick every time. I can even get away with a light B.B. Cream and this concealer and look referred. RUN, don't walk to pick up this item if you don't have it already!!

6. Too Faced Better than Sex Mascara: Sara's MUST have! Finding a great mascara is nearly impossible, either it doesn't give you the lift you are looking for or it wears off giving you the raccoon affect. BTS mascara is long lasting and lives up to the hype, but better than sex? I'll let you be the judge of that.

7. M.A.C Cremesheen Glass (Fashion Scoop): Rule of lip gloss, MUST be non-sticky, moisturizing and have great color. Cremesheen checks every box!!! We cannot say enough great things about this product. Sara's favorite color is Fashion Scoop which fits right in line with her light hair and love for neutrals that still have a feminine pop.

8. Petunia Pickel Bottom Travel Train Case: Case of my dreams!! Not only is it cute, it's functional with compartments to keep items organized in a cute fashion.

Spending many weeks in quarantine we needed something to CELEBRATE and I was up to the task! Something that brings me solace and is putting together cute tablescape and menus including every go to quarantine necessity, mimosas!

“An empty table is a story waiting to be written and you are the author.”

To design the space, I used items I had in the house including our Pier 1 table runner and napkins, Parker's Easter basket and many of my Pottery Barn decorative balls, lanterns, and napkin rings.

We had an amazing brunch complete with lots of laughter which helped us forget about the craziness in the world right now. Full hearts and full bellies.

Love will always have a place in our home.

Pottery Barn always has the most beautiful tablescapes and we love mimicking their design. The key is to find a simple color palete and add small seasonal accents. Here we used fun drinks and all the easter add-ons.
